The company purchased a new ice-class vessel

The M/V Bering was built in 2003 in the Netherlands with ice-class AICE1/E3 General cargo (Arc4). The vessel is intended for carrying general cargoes. Deadweight – 10,649 t, length – 145.6 m, breadth moulded – 18.25 m. The vessel is equipped with two cranes with a capacity of 60 t each for unloading of up to 120-tonn cargo. Two tween-deck holds of 38.96 m and 65.42 m length respectively are suitable for long cargo carriage. The motor-vessel has a high level of automation and is in good technical condition. Mainly the vessel will be utilized for carrying general, bulk, heavy and oversized cargo. Given the high ice-class which is particularly important, the vessel will be operating for cargo delivery along the Northern Sea Route to the destination points of Arctic basin.
